Need to get expenses/compensation down

This was likely their best quarter since I can remember - but this cannot be a one off. This needs to be a trend. Until they do ICS board and executives are overpaid. With revenues last year of 5.9 M, compensation for the CEO and CFO is fully 10% of revenues. Add board costs (expenses) and you are looking at a number closer to 15% of gross. That number is far too high for a company of this size.
