These P.P.'s are sweet deals if you can get in on them, they are nothing but bad for long term investors and shake the confidence of anyone who thinks they might be cash positive, this proves that is not the case.

I don't recall reading "boast about progress, hide the truth from shareholders and surprise them with more dillution." in corporate management 101 but obviously this team did as this is about the ninth time they have pulled this trick. When was the first "almost cash positive statement", four years ago now and twice after that. We should only hear it another three or four times...real funny when you are the joker, not so much when you are invested is it BUY MORE guys.
