Has anyone ever wondered why Intertainment spun off yappn to list on the otc using an already defunct OTC company?

Intertainment is already listed on the OTC, why sell yappn to an another OTC listed company?

Yappn could have been 100% owned by intertainment instead of 70% owned by intertainment.
