RE:RE:Finally Dundas is no longer CEO.

Yes. I read it as these functions will be seperated. So Dundas will not be gone, but he will not be in control anymore, and not the face of the company.

Dundas might have been rebuffed after the last press release? And of course the company is transforming from exploration / development to mining with the PFS coming up.

All in all positive imho.

Old situation:

MANAGEMENT

Christopher C. Dundas
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Vernon C. Baker
President

Kelly Osborne
Chief Operating Officer

Marvin E. Dee
Chief Financial Officer

H. James Blake
Corporate Secretary

Dean Peterson
Senior Vice President, Exploration

New situation (with Baker stepping down as President as per Aug 1):

MANAGEMENT

Kelly Osborne
Chief Executive Officer and President

Christopher C. Dundas
Chairman

Marvin E. Dee
Chief Financial Officer

H. James Blake
Corporate Secretary

Dean Peterson
Senior Vice President, Exploration
