RE:RE:RE:RE:Finally Dundas is no longer CEO.I don't see why Dundas would still be in charge of important matters, as Osborne is effective CEO and bears responsibility.

Osborne was COO of Duluth up to now and he was not a Twin Metals executive nor a Twin Metals director. Osborne will however become a Twin Metals director, replacing Mr Pugsley. See Twin Metals BOD:

I agree with your remark on the number of executives, there will in effect be one executive less (Baker) as things now stand.
