Institutions still buying

Institutions still buying
Looking at level 2 I see Instinet still buying for institutional clients. Small lots though! Not happy with bids and asks so let's hope we see a change soon. On a positive note we are seeing increased volume and several institutional buyers. There are some institutional sellers which IMHO means price manipulation. All the best!
