Goldman Sachs lowers recommending HRT for sale

São Paulo , 05/13/2014 - Goldman Sachs reduced the recommendation for HRT shares from neutral to sell and cut the target price of the role of R $ 0.80 to R $ 0.60, which represents a potential devaluation of almost 19 % over the closing price yesterday .

In the report, analysts Felipe Mattar , Sergio Conti , Bruno Pascon and Thiago Auzier , explain that the new target price reflects several factors, including the completion of the acquisition of 60% stake in the Polvo field in January and the sale of a 6 % of blocks in the Solimões Basin in the Amazon to your partner Rosneft in March for $ 96 million .

Analysts also emphasize the fact that the company's shares are traded at a premium relative to peers and dependence in the maturation of Field production Octopus gave support to the lowering of the recommendation .
