RE:Telluriton takes option on Melba property, Opinions?

RE:Telluriton takes option on Melba property, Opinions? The initial payment appears rather low. What did Canreos pay on signing when they optioned the property a while ago?

The rest appears pretty normal. It seems that Telluriton (whoever they are I have no clue) is going to use Melba to go public.

In any case the previous board is the one that should be thanked for saving Melba ownership. It was them who cleared title the property, which boards before neglected to to (and that's why Benton optioning did not happen).

Big credit goes to Mr. Jacques Levesque (previous Prsesident, largest shareholder, and Board member) who ably concluded negotiations with Hurd family of original prospectors. Also, special thank you thank  to Bob Kasner, who helped Hurds to complete the final agreements.
