Is it reasonable to assume that all of the people whining about the ammendment are the small players with only $100k or less in the game?

The big players with millions would rather guantee thier money and interest for the next 5 years.

But Johhny Investor is worried about his short term $20k that will only be worth $15k for the next year or so?

Or am I out to lunch?
