Big deal... So the company can buy other low margin capital intensive business and they can raise money for low margin high depreciating assets to rent at rental returns. The results will continue to be the same, just bigger numbers with more shares outstanding. Buy more heaters ... Great ... Can't weight for them to make money 1 year from now
