The first quarter financials will indeed be a yawner as it will show some of the internalization costs but none of the questionable deals in April.

Watch the cash position, close to or below zero. Hence the new $15M mortgage at 10%.

also look at same property NOI trend, possible slightly negative, again. Then stock will not rise. Also, with a possible distribution cut to 40 cents stock could certainly head to sub $4 territory. Enjoy the yield and $4.50+ stock price while it lasts.
