RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Level 2 shows 4 millions on the bid...Waiting, delay, waiting, delay, waiting... It has been like that for at least the past 9 years....  Except the resources, succesfull juniors have good or great management!! Don't ask why OX is a junk stock....
