Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:RE:Prophecy Coal Information circular AGM 2014Page 4 of info circular:
In the United States, the vast majority of
such Common Shares are registered under the name of Cede & Co. as nominee for The Depository
Trust Company (which acts as depositary for many U.S. brokerage firms and custodian banks), and
in Canada, under the name of CDS & Co. (the registration name for The Canadian Depository for
Securities Limited, which acts as nominee for many Canadian brokerage firms).

CashIsKing16 wrote: Look up who CDS is.  They do not own the stock.

anonanonanonano wrote: Did you notice the piece in there about one company - CDS & CO (NCI) owning 89.78% of the outstanding stock?

In the last circular (June 2013), no one owned more than 10%.

Reactions, anyone?
