RE:RE:Annual General Meeting

RE:RE:Annual General MeetingThat is a ridiculous oversimplification and skewed view of the AGM. The formal director election and bylaw voting process had recieved enough "yes" votes by proxy before the meeting had began, so that part of the meeting did not take long.

There was an opportunity for anyone to nominate other people for director positions, and nothing was brought up. At the end of the meeting, one man brought up something about nominating a director (he was quite hard to understand), but as he did not bring up the nomination prior to the vote, his request couldnt be heard. If that isnt the case, then I am announcing my candidacy for Presidency of the United States for 2012.

Some people on this board will bend anything to make it seem like LTS is messing up, but in all reality that was a positive and reassuring meeting and presentation. (which lasted much longer than five minutes, as the other post implied). The debt is being lowered, questions around compensation were addressed (and misinterpretations corrected), and there was very little to be concerned about.

From all the twisted and negative interpretations that are thrown around on this board, i'm beginning to wonder just how short LTS everyone is here. Lighten up, it was a positive presentation and shows the company is moving in an excellent direction.
