RE:Verano

RE:VeranoIngi, that was in reference to mr. p's post, far too rosy for me.
I suggested that he revisit his due diligence, as all barrels
of production are not created equally. Companies pay for
cashflows, that translates to reserves, enough said.. Yes,
I believe there may have been an offer on the table from Parex,
why not, it would make logical sense. Is there any way that
shareholders may obtain this information. I dont see a lot
of immediate upside in the price of our shares. Many people
believed there would be a share buyback to bolster pricing,
it has been announced, but in nearly two months, I can not
see any significant buyback.  Our potential takeover candidate
entered into an agreement, that looks on the surface, at least
to me, will take some time to generate additional drilling targets.
I personally prefer the method that Parex had undertaken until
Verano was announced, though I wonder why we may not have
thrown our bid into the ring as well. In any case, we are what
we eat. Going to be sometime now before the fruits of this labor
may appear, at least in my opinion, as a long term holder.
