RE:What does this "JV" mean for shareholders?LOL...you are crazy!! Im pretty sure the AXI shares will transfer directly to Savik. It would mean AEI is folding and removing the public listing on the Venture Exchange, which isnt happening. Gingerich once mentioned 9several times actually) a couple years ago the formation of a new entity. It seems to me XDIP isnt interested as stated by good ol' green and gold (a former Golder Associates employee). I think AEI is a risky investment indeed, but maybe, just maybe they get this done someday. The chinese seem to be interested regardless.
