RE:Buy out?

RE:Buy out?
I don't think the other major shareholders will vote on a buyout at a share price that is below the cost of their investment plus the return they would have received if they invested in an alternate interest bearing instrument for the past several years. A share price above 30 cents would be required before they would entertain any buyout offer.

And in my opinion, when the share price hits 30 cents it will quickly rise above 50 cents. So any low ball offer would not survive any vote. Furthermore, multiple attempts by Dundee to take over Woulfe is definitely an indicator of value not realized in the share price which for me is a signal not to sell, but to stay on board for the ride.

Plus, shareholders in the know, know woulfe have several different depostis of which some were past producers. I am sure most shareholders will continue to hold onto most of their shares until at least one or two of those deposts are brought into production.

Then there is the potential of the payout of dividends after development of at least two of the mines, which attracts a different type of investor and has a positive impact on share price. And there is the price of Moly and tungsten APT. The higher they go, so does the share price.

I think somewhere during all that activity, we will see a buyout.
