RE:CEO access..

RE:CEO access..
I think you are covering a lot of ground so I won't overly over-much.  One of the things that I believe has made this company successful is it's near death experience years ago.  Truly the company has scrabbled back from a precipice.  That first needs to be acknowledged and moreover, that we are here because of a management mindset...  a 5 year plan of deliberate effort to right the ship and send it forward.  The next stage of development will likely require different skills, we need to understand how the mgmt team is adapting and changing to sieze the advantages of it's current leverage.

I am looking to see that the leadership acknowledges the changes / accomplishments and are rightfully able to adjust to the changing environment to grow this 20mm company to say 100mm.  The skills and the spend profile are very different.  So.

Does management have the courage to change AND
what will it do to get there.

Cheers!
