Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:CEO access..Pip. As stated previously here and included in the q1 md&a the 5mm buy back expired may 7 2014. Of the 5mm they bought back 1.95mm . When I last spoke with mgt they stated it was on a trial basis as to ascertain the value of the buy back relative to share holder value. I will ask but I assume they are focusing cash resources toward growth vs. buy back. Given the nominal amount on a relative basis I would prefer growth and expansion of products, markets, customers, via sales and marketing and R&D. It's too early for using the small cash position for share buy back. Grow the company to 100mm annual revenue and have a larger war chest. It's been a great turnaround but it's still early for buy backs in my opinion.leverage the cash to get more growth Espically whenever are hitting 48% margins!
