Its freight division, Air Canada Cargo, provides air freight lift and connectivity to hundreds of destinations across six continents using its passenger and freighter aircraft. Its Air Canada Vacations is a tour operator, which is engaged in developing, marketing, and distributing vacation travel packages in the outbound/inbound leisure travel market. Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

Airlines always lose money in the first quarter. Last year AC lost money in first quarter and still had a profit for the whole year. I expect the annual profit for this year will be larger than last year based on the increased revenue, decreased CASM, the growth of Rouge and the effect of the 787s. Lots of growth in share price to come.
