As per Quakes99 post (see below), do you Artecdesign receive any type of monetary compensation from Noka Resources or act as an agent of any time on their behalf?

"If you are a paid employee or receive any compensation from a company and then post information that is attempting to influence the value of that company then you are in a conflict of interest. If you are a shareholder then no matter how many shares you own, as long as you are at arms length and not a paid employee, then you can freely state opinions and views on here like any other shareholder or non-shareholder.
