RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:10million acquired under .23 cents driving the stock low
i am wondering why you were so excited. Are you panic too? I don't want to fight then everybody watch us and think how stupid we are.

My whole point of these two postings was to tell people here not to be panic like those dumpers. In other words, i trust STP. I have high holding in STP, very likely higher than you.

You said

"it's so obvious what you're trying to do, how about you tell us what other names you post under on this message board I mean you only created this account a few weeks ago, coincidentally the same day the loan announcement came out."

Yes, you are partically correct. i started watching and posting on this board in March. However, my carrer does not allow me to post any misleading information publically and I have no such intension like your pure guessing. You must have checked each of my postings. Haha, thank you for your curiosity.

My first posting was talking about market fluctuation. If you take a look at the trading pattern right after the big crash in last November, you would understand what i meant in my first posting. STP bounced back to .26 after May 8 crash, it is very reasonable to drop back half way between 21 and 26 for those short guys and speculative guys to get out after 10 to 20% profit. Then probably it will fluctuate around 23 cent for a while until next news release. Why? no news, no short guys.

My second posting intended to tell that if you are not a speculative guy, do not be panic and get involved. That is my whole point.

Last, you said i was the guy who do't think debt plays a part in corporate take over deal. I don't remember i ever said that. I remember whoever said corporation value equals CAP plus total debt. I did not agree with such calculation and i said it should base on asset and the potential ability of such asset to make profit. I want to talk more about my understanding. Technically, using CAP plus total debt to valuate a corporation value is correct at each moment when the stock is traded. However, such valuation is not reliable especially for STP with stock price fluctuating liking riding roller coaster. if there is a deal, neither the buyer nor the seller will base their evaluation on the stock price. it is the debt level, net asset, resource reserves, human resource and many other factors determining the corporation value. If it is a corporation like Suncor, and you use its market cap and debt to determine its value, i have no question to agree with that.

Last, if you would like me to give up this game, i can only if you would like to take over my stock at a price of 50 cents or above.
