RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Telluriton takes option on Melba property, Opinions?loosegoose, as always you have no clue about the  facts. Originally, Melba was acquired by Cy Ross on behalf of Nordex in the 1980s from the  Hurds family, well respected local prospectors..It was done in a typical fashion of the day, by a handshake of two honourable men  ( deal like that would be hard, if not impossible,  to reach by the current bunch). The transfer of ownership was not properly registered. And that was discovered, and corrected by the previous board, at the time of Benton deal. You can verify that with either the Hurds or Bob Kasner (who is running some publicly traded mining issues, and was assisting Hurds with clearing the title issues). All major issues were resolved about the time of Board change. Why the new board took so long to announce it is a good question. Perhaps they wanted to create impression that it was them who did the work? In any case the delay of the  announcement is another black mark against  the current board.

The previous board also has to be given the credit for retaining some of the claims that were just about to expire. At one time Nordex had claims covering nearly half of the Melba township. That eventually shrunk to very little , as the Boards from 1989 to 2010 failed to give Melba any attention. Only the Board elected in 2010 saved whatever was left of Melba claims.
