RE:Why wait for the P/P? What!.......Bashers didn't push it down enough to get my order filled in at .045 s/p........Come on Bashers work harder(35 minutes to closing)..... Cause.I also would love to have a nice long weekend........Nonetheless, no disrespect to anyone here, but usually the s/p, and i repeat usually the s/p always dip slightly below the proposed offer on any P/P(my experience anyway)........Unless, they can close it very quickly, cause fatigue(or another word, waiting too long for the closing) will get the finger trigger happy seller to get out(particularly before any long weekend) at any cost.......If not today we will retry on Tuesday.......Hey! realty..... this is one way we could redeem ourselves and buy at these fire sale price(just wait for it my friend).......GLTA
