Are you saying Tweed has product but doesn't want to sell it to create an image of demand? That makes no sense. I don't like the fact that they are sold out. It means people will just go somewhere else to get there pot. They are creating an image of being an unreliable source. If I go to a store to buy bread but every time I go they are sold out. I will go somewhere else to get my bread and chances are I will never to back to the first store.
