Overland dealJust to give you a heads up on the deal. It is normal to see a discount of 10-20% on Overland shares until we get closer to the closing date in the 3rd quarter. There was actually a good trade on OVRL today with the low of $3.24, the high of $3.96 and the close at $3.58. Just good old trading today. These types of investigations are commonplace in the US when US companies are aquired or mergered with another company. The cry is the same. The aquiring company is not paying enough for the shares of Overland. Remember these are investigation not lawsuits. Great deal for both companies and the shareholders, but certainly not for the shorts who are totally surrounded with no where to hide. The shorts are playing in the big leagues with some serious investors who know exactly where they stand and some really big guns are aimed right between their eyes and there is no place to hide.
