The Copper Alloys division manufactures and distributes a variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings, including beryllium copper, chrome copper, and aluminum bronze. The Engineered Materials division makes the Beralcast family of alloys, which can be precision cast and are used in an increasing number of defense, aerospace, and other systems, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The Company’s products include Beryllium-Aluminum Castings, Beryllium Alloys, Copper Alloy Castings & Forgings, Copper Alloy Fabricated Shapes, Tolling Services and Consulting and Thermal Mold Super. It has production facilities in Indiana and Massachusetts.

Why would the company who did the underwriting for the last private placement be looking to stockpile more shares? Do you think they are buying up shares since no one else is? Load up because they know what's going om behind the scenes? Thoughts? All speculation of course
