Fair points all. But, the release specifies for "further exploration and working capital". If I were buying in on that private placement, I'd like to see the breakdown of that.

Regarding Lodge Point; without even getting into what was paid for it, I would assume that Nav does not want to raise money to explore it but rather see if they can find someone who is willing to do the exploring for a percentage?
