RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The company did not include the U.S OTC WFEMF in update. In my opinion Nick Smith was overpaid but if that's the case let him join in on the lawsuits against the company and board of directors. Perhaps the company brought Nick Smith back and paid him to keep him from joining in on the lawsuits. Technically Woulfe Mining shareholders can file lawsuits against Ned Goodman, Mark Goodman, Dundee Corporation and Woulfe Mining. Plus we can file lawsuits against the board of directors and the previous CEO Brian Wesson. This latest company update was the last straw for me. Two scenarios are possible here. Either the new Woulfe Mining CEO is too dumb to know that Woulfe Mining is listed on 3 stocks exchanges. As WFEMF on the OTC, Frankfurt in Germany and CSE in Canada. Or he is obeying orders from Ned Goodman in order to satisfy Ned Goodman's agenda which is this new CSE stock exchange and they're doing this at the expense of Woulfe Mining shareholders including those who own WFEMF on the U.S. OTC market. These are all grounds for lawsuits against the various parties involved. My lawyer has been helping me sort through this mess but so far Woulfe Shareholders probably have at least 6 or 7 legitimate lawsuits that can be filed.
