You went in and did work for them on good faith, they don't pay the bill for how long? and then you get restricted stock? I really don't think you understand. These companies put up all kinds of thier own assets to make things happen, and then they get stiffed for how long. I would imagine that CICC is a rather small company and this late payment hurt like no tomorrow.
I had a company do this to me one time that was severe. I mobilized 6 geos to Delta, Alaska, Helicopter for 10 days, Lodging, food, payroll and then got stiffed.
And you think these companies will ever work for BGM again w/o an escrow account set up? now they have to wait till september to sell the stock... I sure hope for them they can sell the stock above $0.50 by then....
I don't care how you try to say it... This sucks in a major way for these consultants... Go on, keep on with the salt!
