RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good news I think...Agreed Tech that the declared Haywood bloc, described as "over 15%", which actually qualifies as requiring reporting under the sliding scale of "control" used by the Securities Commission.  I would assume that Haywood has talked with Northern Rivers (6% holding) and would assume that they agree with the approach, putting them over the absolute technical definition of "control" of 20%.  Practically though, Haywood alone holds more than the rest of the Board and I expect they are deferring to his wishes as a proxy war is seldom constructive.  All of this is very positive and btw I too have held through Northern Rivers and individually for going on a decade and recognise the startup pattern.
