RE:RE:LOOSEGOOSE STYLE

RE:RE:LOOSEGOOSE STYLELoosegoose, you have been given evidence related to Nordex shareholders' concerns time and time , again and again, and again.

I will not waste time digging all of it again. Just will repeat some, easily verifiable, basic facts, not the opinions you want them twisted into.

Settlements between Investment Industry Organization of Canada  (IIROC) are totally in the public domain, They are like a sign post for potential investors to stay clear of people in the industry who play loose with the rules for their own benefit. They only capture sins that were detected, documented and disciplined. How many shady characters got away we will never know.  Ones that came to public attention shine on the integrity (or lack of thereof) of people involved.

As Nordex shareholders, we have a problem in this department. The evidence available from IIROC was brought to your attention. Settlements of James Moon, Michael Comeau, and All Group Financial Services with IIROC tell you quite a story. And that's pertinent because these are the people who stole control of Nordex in a  very questionable way. Startling discoveries in these settlements. Michael Comeau and his family  received shares for "no apparent financial considerations". James Moon churns elderly retiree's account for his personal benefit. All Group fails regulatory capital requirements.

Are these are  people I am supposed to trust to to ovesee my investment in Nordex???

Another public evidence is the Nordex information Circular for 2012 Annual General Meeting.
Only one slate is recommended, and that is the one of the previous board.  At the time of private placement  the All Group did not disclose that they intended to seek control of the board. In most jurisdictions in the world if the private placement results in the change of control of the board that private placement is the subject  of approval of the shareholders. We did not have that because the All Group did not disclose, and came like  thieves at night to steal a good thing.

Another evidence is the huge dilution that followed the "accidental" All Group takeover.  Done for one reason only. To prevent shareholders from restoring  previously dully elected board.

Evidence of consequences to the investors  of having people like All Group taking control was given to you as well. Examples of Aquila (AQA) and Mooncoor (was given to you) with all familiar themes of stock prices declining and shareholders sustaining huge losses.

Much more evidence of the problem was provided to you. You are either inacapable to absorb it and join shareholders to clean it up, or perhaps my speculation that you and James Moon are are the same.
