Reading back I have the impression that Bossman is refering to the El Tejon mine which was only acquired in februari of this year. Considering that mine had been on Care and Maintenance for quitte some years it would not be surprising that the mining permits had lapsed and that NRT is now looking to renew them. Pending that application i can imagine that no offtake agreements are being made as it might be unclear whether or not those permits will be renewed or not.

I'd like to hear from Bossman to which mine he was refering to be sure, but for now I think the Sonora project (amorphous and currently producing, for all who dont do any DD) is still up and running.
