LUC has never placed more than 5 diamonds larger than 100cts into one Exceptional Stone Tender and not more than 4 diamonds larger than 100cts when a 200cts plus is involved.

So you would think with 8 gem quality stones over 100cts including a 259 , 239 , 153 , 153 and a 133 just from Q2 the writing is completely on the wall ? LUC already has enough for 2 ESTs as in their past Four 2013 ESTs or is the time right to go " ALL IN " on a Monster $100 million July 18 EST ?

Question is does LUC wait or pull the trigger ?
