RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:about to become a dead stockAt current sp, the market factored in half the expectation of the 56m which will be paid out.

If in the worst case scenerio 40mil got paid out rather than the expected 56mil claimed, the market will most probably respond negatively. Even though it stil will be higher than current market cap, the discrepency on the claimed -paid out amount is enough to cause panic to shareholders, especially if they're not good with metrics.

This is like gambling in a casino...if say a large shareholder like Bruce dumps all his shares, will you a minor shareholder have time to sell your shares without a loss, especially at market price. This is too risky, once pay out is confirmed, this stock will crash hard and fast with no time to react.
