Suspicions

SuspicionsCould this character be a defendant on the losing end of the lawsuit, who may be  fully aware of the proceedings in court and the likely consequences to be dispensed by the law?

Normally, anyone who does not own stock has no interest in whether it rises or falls, but if they are on the losing end of a bitter legal dispute, then it would burn them twice.
Once when a guilty verdict is rendered by the judge, and stung twice when Maxim stock soars as a result of being victorious in battle.

If by chance, they were also so malicious as to go short the stock, they may stand to lose money when forced to cover their position and buy back the shares.

So, the agenda to bash Maxim is not necessarily coming from a former shareholder who sold too low, or failed to average down when given the opportunity, but possibly from one of the  defendants. If so, then there are just a few candidates we know of that may lead us to guess the identity of this anonymous basher. Names??
Let me guess. Is that you Rumplestiltskin??
