VFX will continue to flounder

VFX will continue to flounder
until it shows real progress in net profit. In April when the stock was trading at 50 cents, I told you people the stock was going to keep going down to below 40 cents. It'll be floundering for awhile until the company reports bigtime growth in net earnings. I don't see that happening for a long time. Late fall, maybe early next year when we could hear that. Maybe. This company is in the same boat as TEL (Tellza) which shows big revenue numbers but only a gross profit of 4%. Stock is also going nowhere. The problem is that these low gross margin companies need hundreds of millions in revenue to get a few million in earnings. Glad I never bought stock in this deal and put my money in NWX which earns a gross margin of 100% (oil/gas royalties), not a lousy 4%. Have fun everybody.
