Exactly Northsun. They want to reduce the number of shares and shareholders, to take the poison pill clause, which today are making them feel afraid because we're growing minority. Only proxies'm representing almost 10% of the entire company. They want to let the market play down the value shorting and take it for a bargain price. They will dilute us, destroying the company, throw us out, disassemble the HRT and sell the parts or take it just for them.
