RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:20 to 1 would be better!If you believe we are really underleveraged, then do some ratio analysis.
There would be no need to even consider a line of credit, if share price
were trading closer to fair value of assets, at least that is how i see it.
Issuing equity is usually the best path to prosperity.. No worries on oil
prices dropping and then you are left with dealing with debt you have
 a difficult time servicing. Banks will lend on reserves, equity will be
issued when a company can show blue sky to new investors (one
reason).  Dont think we will see a signiicant buyback, period. I think
a signficant buyback and dividend would attract new investors, something
that is required for the share price to move higher, at least in my opinion.
