rational    I hope your assessment is correct.  However is it possible you are too optimistic.

Read the chairman's comments again.

He seems to be saying that the brownfield projects have a much higher priority than the greenfield ones and that they have many brownfield priorities.

Also, while Twin Metals is identified as an important foreign greenfields project that "remains on track for completion of the pre-feasibility study during this year"  He cautions that 

"It also faces technical and environmental challenges which we believe will be overcome, but .
" not until at least the end of this decade" .
That could be a long time away and this time line conbined with DM's precarious financial condition and its expensive top heavy executive structure may go a long way to explaining why the share price is so low.??
