Quietest board in the REITs....

Quietest board in the REITs....I've taken a position in the last couple of months, and just activated the DRIP. 5% is one of the highest DRIP bonuses I've found. Everything looks pretty good on paper, but some of the past comments suggest there is some history here. Could someone post a synopsis? Thanks...
