I think he is basing that on the fact that they drilled deeper on those holes than initially planned. If you look at the map of the drill holes and zoom it you can see the depth drilled for each. Apparently they only planned on drill up to 200M for each hole but they changed their mind mid drill and went even deeper. Stephen has also been quoted as saying more drilling is always a good thing.

I think they hit something, just a question of what and if the grades are high enough to be valuable. Patiently waiting for lab results :)
