I enjoy your posts-they show some very good insight, particularly the one you made a few weeks back about the institutional investor sentiment towards diamond plays (and most any and all mining plays in general). Until and unless sentiment changes, Dividends (if in fact that is where our fate leads to) two years out will not compell any insitution at the moment to own this. And the valuation gap between underlying asset value and current market based asset valuation wont be closed until there is a clear catalyst that prospective investors (the large boys) can antincipate closing it...such as an outright purchase by Debeers or actual producton and commencement of cash flows and dividends. I agree that Tuzo positive results wont do much for the stock price in the near term (although it will be significant to the underlying fundamental value in the long term). I do think permit approval has a shot at moving thje stock price through the reduction in the discount rate used to compute NPV. That could be significant. , but even if it isnt, by then, it will only be one more year (more or less) to production.
