Catalac, I was really hoping current management would sell to a bigger or more knowledgeable company but .10 in my opinion is too low for that. So now we are left with few options. What really ticks me off is stubborn management has ran this in the ground (paying themselves big money in the process) while we longs take our losses on the chin. Then somehow throw out this packet (like a life preserver) and its up to the longs to bail these sorry arses out. It just really rubs me wrong! Unless the price slides farther it makes no sense to sell. We can hope Pinecrest finds a company dumb enough to do a J/V with them. We can hope if any new board members are added they can override the rest of the boards stupidity and stubbornness that put us @.10 Maybe drill a well on Pinecrest property that yield good results without the use of waterflooding and if this was possible it would have already been done by now. So what is the next catalyst for Pinecrest? Or will they do a share offering @.10 to bring in the next round of (losers - shareholders ?)
