CFO was chit-canned.... The speculation around "why?" points to the fund(s) led into the cheap flow-through PP last Winter that pounded out every share (and warrants, too) crushing the momentum of the stock.
It was planned for him to leave at this time.....best to get it out of the way now and hire someone more experienced as the company continues to move forward. Would also be a bonus if they could find someone that can word "benchmark" press releases with a bit more enthusiasm......and be a bit tighter with timeframes.

Simon and Pouya Hajiani are heading off to Germany mid June.....43-101 scheduled to be released prior......hopefully that'll give the stock a kick in the pants !!
