RE:RE:RE:RE:longs, the worst is done
I share the frustration of other long term investors on this board. I believe our invenstment in the project, and as yet undetermined total resourses, to be sound and even a bargain. Politics has always been the issue here.  That said... I also believe StansManagement has proven to be an honest and determined force against powers beyond our grasp.  Again... I choose to follow the core investor sentiment. There have been no reported insider sales, and support at least currently, has been established solidly above .10.  The recent political meeting in Kyrg have yet to play out.  Politics is about power and control. If power and control have been lost to some Kyrg officials... "face saving" is now their primary strategy.  All offensive strategies by special interest groups within the Kyrg government have failed to this point. I have no reason to believe there is a smoking gun in their case. If that were so... it would have been central evidence in all prior proceedings. I believe it to be premature, but I have done a bit of research on International Class Action against foreign governments. It is a complex, slow, and expensive proposition. As a last course of action if these high level political negotiations fail, (but I personally believe we are close to settlement),  I would support and participate in any possible investor group action.
