RE:1 for 4 reverse split will e voted uponIt is a tough one. The reverse split will attract more institutional investors and is probably good for the company's financial stability and pool of capital. But for those of us looking to get to a $3 SP with several thousand shares in hand - well - we may get to the $3 SP, but with much less RoI.
