Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

One possible explanation is:

1. Sell a large block of your holdings to trigger automatic sell orders

2. Buy back a larger block than you originally had at a much cheaper price

3. Smile knowing that you just averaged down without adding any additional risk than you had
