RE:RE:RE:newsGood eye Jack. I respect your pessimism in all cases. But here I read it as a new MSA...so going forward they have secured 19.2 million in sales. That may not add much this year if they have already included it in their year end, but it does say they have intended sales for the next year, yes?
As for subcontracting, that can be a good thing depending on the terms. We pay the capital costs of the machine, and get to charge a base rate for it, without the manpower, insurance, liability, wcb, signage, etc etc. These contracts are signed on an "as was" basis which would account for alot of depreciation/maintenance costs. Especially specialty, hard to get, back ordered machines like Vac Trucks.
So I don't think this is a game changer, but it is definately good piece of mind, as you say. That can add alot of stability to the stock price....or in my case, warrants
