RE:RE:There areI may be in error... but I thought the "Management Proposal" posted on the Investor Services - Download Center on 05/13 list all the changes in detail? Quite a bit of reading (the thing is 98 pages long), but it gives more info than the proxy does regarding each of the bylaws to be changed.
